About Dr. Moore
Brie A. Moore, Ph.D. is a California and Nevada Licensed Psychologist specializing in Clinical Child Psychology. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2007, her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from UNR in 2005, a Master's Degree in Child Development from the University of California, Davis in 2000, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Dr. Moore completed her Predoctoral Internship at the University of California, Los Angeles Semel Institute, Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, and Mattel Children's Hospital. She completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University Alliance for Behavioral Health in Reno, Nevada. In addition to her clinical work, she is the author of multiple scholarly publications, including The Handbook of Child and Adolescent Obesity Treatment.
Dr. Moore holds an adjunct faculty position in the Department of Psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno and is the Founder of the Courage Project, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization where evidence-informed practices are brought into the outdoors to improve access and reduce the stigma of psychological and behavioral healthcare.
