$400 initial visit
$250 one individual, parent-child, or family session
$250 per hour psychological testing or report writing
Insurance
Dr. Moore operates based on a fee-for-service model. Payment is due at the
time of service. A superbill is provided should you wish to submit claims to
your insurance company for direct reimbursement according to your out of
network benefits.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
